Ogden

Ogden community is located in South East Calgary. It is a calm and quiet community and consists of some nice views of the City and Bow river.

Rich in history, Ogden is one of the oldest communities in Calgary.

Ogden is also conveniently located by many pathways that lead down to the Bow River. It is close to the Inglewood bird sanctuary and the Inglewood Golf Course. Homes in Ogden are currently some of the most affordable in Calgary.

The school system in Ogden is quite diverse, with several schools in the Catholic and public systems. The two public schools are Banting and Best Elementary School and Sherwood Community School and the local Catholic school is St. Bernadette School. Ogden is also home to the Almadina Language Charter Academy, a public charter school that focuses on English language acquisition for children who speak English as their second or third language in their personal life. There are many public parks spread evenly throughout the land, with baseball diamonds, an outdoor pool, a local arena, soccer fields and tennis courts all available.
