Location and Accessibility

Strategically situated along Deerfoot Trail and the recently completed Calgary Ring Road (Stoney Trail), Seton enjoys excellent connectivity to the rest of the city and beyond. Education and Healthcare

The newly constructed Joane Cardinal-Schubert High School, is a great local choice for high school students from grades 10 – 12. Nearby educational institutions in Auburn Bay and Cranston like Cranston School, Christ the King School and Auburn Bay School provide quality education from kindergarten to grade 9. Just minutes east of the neighbourhood is South Urban District in Seton, and it’s home to the South Calgary Health Campus, a Seton public library, a Cineplex VIP and the amazing Brookfield YMCA. The commercial district is home to the first Save-On-Foods grocery store in Calgary, a Shoppers Drug Mart, Superstore, a Cineplex VIP and a variety of shops, services and in-demand amenities.

The expansion of the community to the South has brought more retail options to homeowners in Seton.  The Seton Crossing retail strip offers a wide range of shops & services including fitness, veterinary, dental and a couple of restaurants.
