Many shopping, recreation and entertainment facilities are along 17 Avenue, and Marlborough Mall is just a short distance away.

Just south of the neighbourhood is International Avenue on 17th Avenue. Penbrooke Meadows Real Estate
With the exception of the many schools in the community, Penbrooke Meadows is entirely residential.
