University Heights is a well-established and highly desirable neighborhood in northwest Calgary, offering a balanced lifestyle with excellent access to education, healthcare, and recreational amenities

The area is very popular choice for many because of its proximity to U of C, the Foothills Hospital, the Children's Hospital, McMahon Stadium and the Foothills Athletic Park.

University Heights is located in the northwest region of Calgary. The community is bordered by:

  • North: 24th Avenue NW
  • South: 16th Avenue NW
  • East: University Drive NW
  • West: West Campus Blvd NW

University Heights is ideally located near several major institutions, including the University of Calgary, Foothills Medical Centre, Alberta Children’s Hospital, and the McMahon Stadium, home of the Calgary Stampeders football team.

Education and Healthcare
