Originally constructed in 1910 by the J.H. Ashdown Hardware Company, the building initially served as a warehouse for hardware supplies. In 1972, it was acquired by Lewis Stationery Ltd., and later, in 1995, the structure underwent a significant transformation, converting it into residential lofts.
