Marlborough Park is located in the east region of Calgary. The community is bordered by:

  • South: Memorial Drive

Marlborough Park has easy access to major routes such as Memorial Drive, Deerfoot Trail, and Stoney Trail, providing quick connections to other parts of the city and beyond.

Education and Healthcare

Marlborough Mall, on 36th Street SE, is the major shopping hub in Marlborough Park.

You’ll find big box names like Walmart, Safeway and Home Depot stores as well as other shops, services and restaurants.. Just north is Pacific Place with more major brands like Canadian Tire and T&T Supermarket.  Real Canadian Superstore and Sunridge mall are just north of Highway 1, giving residents a full range of shopping options within minutes of home.

Just off of Highway 1 (16th Ave NE) and 52nd Street NE, the TransCanada Centre is a large shopping plaza with big names like Dollarama, Save On Foods and many more shops and services.

South of the neighbourhood is International Avenue on 17th Avenue. This popular commercial corridor, known as International Avenue, is known for its diverse array of shops, restaurants, and services. Residents can find everything from grocery stores and convenience shops to international cuisine and local eateries.
