Montgomery

Montgomery is a wonderful inner-city community nestled in Northwest Calgary along the banks of the Bow River.
Settled between Bow River and the University of Calgary in the city's northwest, Montgomery is one of the more affluent neighbourhoods in the area.
With the Canadian Rocky Mountains in the distance, the Bow River circling and parks on every side, Montgomery homes have some of the best views in the city.

Location and Accessibility
Montgomery is located in the northwest region of Calgary. The community is bordered by:
- North: 32nd Avenue NW
- South: Bow River
- East: Shaganappi Trail NW
- West: Bow River
The TransCanada Highway runs along the South end of Montgomery providing a quick commute to a wide range of shopping complexes including Market Mall & retail along the 16th Avenue corridor. The TransCanada Highway also gives the residents of Montgomery easy access to downtown, Canada Olympic Park & the mountains.
Education and Healthcare
