Cougar Ridge rests atop a ridge with an amazing view of the downtown skyline to the east and incredible views of the Rocky Mountains to the west.
Bordered by Canada Olympic Park and Paskapoo Slopes to the north, Cougar Ridge offers residents a huge selection of outdoor recreational facilities including bobsled and luge tracks, ski jumps, and a mountain bike park. Paskapoo Slopes is a significant ecological, cultural, and archeological site with a history that dates back at least 8,000 years.
This area boasts abundant wildlife in the natural grasslands, forests, and ravines throughout the slopes. A lot of the area has been preserved by the Canadian Olympic Development Association.

Cougar Ridge is ideally situated in Calgary’s sought-after Westside area, providing residents with both tranquility and convenience. The neighborhood is bordered by Old Banff Coach Road to the north, 69th Street SW to the east, 85th Street SW to the west, and the Canada Olympic Park to the south.
