Rutland Park

With its proximity to Marda Loop and the popular Westhills Shopping Centre, Rutland Park is a perfect suburban setting in the city of Calgary.

The neighborhood of Rutland Park is one of Calgary’s best kept secrets.

This small but growing inner-city community is tucked in between Crowchild Trail and 37th Street in the South West quadrant of Calgary. Its boundaries include Currie Barracks, Lincoln Park, and Richmond Green Golf Course. Redevelopment of the old CFB lands by Canada Lands is pending which will expand this neighbourhood and its amenities.

While the area in and around Rutland Park contains a number of green spaces, the Weaselhead Natural Area is also close by for those who like to get out in nature and spot local wildlife. For avid golfers, the Richmond Green Golf Club is situated on the edge of the area and offers plenty of opportunities for improving your swing. When it comes to retail options, Westhills Shopping Centre features plenty of stores for everyone including Winners, Best Buy, Indigo and Michaels.
