Maple Ridge is a well established golf course community in South Calgary situated next to the Bow River valley.

While the community is prominent for the Maple Ridge Golf Course that covers much of the area, it is a popular residential area for the green space and waterways that are nearby.
Developed in the 1960s, Maple Ridge is known for its large lots, mature trees, and proximity to one of Calgary’s most popular golf courses, the Maple Ridge Golf Course.

Additionally, the Shawnessy shopping centre and Chinook Mall are not far away and are easy to get to thanks to the major bus and LRT routes that surround Maple Ridge.
