Mayfair

Mayfair was developed in the late 1950s and 1960s, during a period of significant residential growth in Calgary. As part of the larger post-war suburban expansion, Mayfair was designed to cater to the city’s more affluent residents, offering spacious homes on large lots and a secluded, quiet setting.
The neighborhood has retained much of its original character, with many of the homes reflecting mid-century architectural styles. Over the years, several of the older homes have been renovated or replaced with custom-built, modern estates, maintaining the neighborhood’s prestigious reputation.

Mayfair is located in the city centre region of Calgary. The community is bordered by:
- North: 61st Avenue SW
- South: Glenmore Trail
- East: Elbow Drive SW
- West: Glenmore Reservior
This luxury community is located directly adjacent to Glenmore Reservoir, just north of the Glenmore Trail 14th Street Flyover.
Education and Healthcare
