Tuxedo Park

This well established, beautifully treed neighborhood has seen a lot of new infill and condo development over the years.

Tuxedo Park is one of Calgary's oldest communities with a number of historic buildings including schools, churches and even an old farmhouse.

Within the community are Balmoral Junior High Public School and St. Paul Catholic School. There is also an adult ESL school, located at 130 – 28th Avenue NE, that is run by Chinook Learning Services.

The Bow River, which is just a 15-minute jog or walk from the centre of Tuxedo Park, provides a wide range of activities and amenities all year round. Residents can access a full range of services on Edmonton Trail, 16 Avenue NW, Centre Street, and 2 Avenue NE. The nearby golf courses beckon home buyers regardless of whether they are novices or pros at the sport.
