Tuxedo Park is one of Calgary's oldest communities with a number of historic buildings including schools, churches and even an old farmhouse.
Due to Tuxedo Park's prime location, the downtown centre is easily accessible and is only 3 km away. There's no need to rush the daily commute to work, for errands and for other activities.

Location and Accessibility
Tuxedo Park is located in the city centre region of Calgary. The community is bordered by:
- North: 32nd Avenue NW
- South: 16th Avenue NW
- East: Edmonton Trail
- West: 4th Street NW
The neighbourhood is bordered by 16th Avenue (Trans-Canada Highway) to the south and Edmonton Trail to the east, providing easy access to major roads and transit routes.
Education and Healthcare
