Within our community you will find the Renfrew Community Garden, Bottomlands Park, the city-run Renfrew Aquatic and Fitness Centre, the Renfrew Athletic Park and two Arenas. Residents also enjoy direct access to walking and cycling paths as Renfrew borders the Nose Creek Bike path, which connects in the north with the West Nose Creek pathways and in the south with the Bow River Pathways.

A full-sized football field is located at Renfrew Athletic Park. Parkland and green space are not abundant with the exception of the school grounds, and the area adjacent to Nose Hill creek, which includes the McInnis & Holloway Memorial Forest. Other athletic facilities in addition to the schools include the Boys & Girls Club, a swimming pool, indoor skating rink, an outdoor skating rink at the community association complex, plus soccer fields located by the creek.
